With 75% repeat clients, we think the personal touch works

In a highly competitive sector, we believe itโ€™s our collaborative and personalised approach that allows ACT to stand out from the crowd. Our small team of staff retains the ability to work seamlessly and in close contact with clients, whatever the size of project.

In particular, ACT managing director Ken Godsman prides himself on a proactive and hands-on style of management. He believes in building close working relationships with clients and design teams, while taking full account of the needs of end-users.

ACT is, of course, also focused on high quality, value for money and the delivery of projects on time. The vast experience and knowledge of the team allows the company to work in challenging environments and across all aspects of projects, from the initial stages to completion.

ACT takes considerable pride from the fact that a high volume of business (at least 75%) is repeat.

While there are many other companies that can do a similar job in the specialist sector of temperature controlled, hygienic and fire-rated environments and security storage, fewย place such an importance on being so professionally hands-on as ACT.

Benefits for our staff

We are also proud to be a Living Wage Employer and we believe that well-rewarded staff create a better and more productive work-force. See Why us: Living Wage employer.

We are members of the Cycle to Work Scheme and encourage staff to take up the money saving opportunity to purchase a bike.
