ACT is headline sponsor of charity lunch

ACT Construction (UK) Ltd is delighted to be the headline sponsor of an inaugural Scottish charity lunch.

The Ladies Lunch is being hosted later this month by Unite Against Cancer, a charity that helps to fund research into new cancer treatments.

The event takes place on Sunday October 29, 2017, at the stunning Boclair House Hotel in Bearsden, East Dunbartonshire.

Highlights include celebrity host Michelle McManus and a performance by the Abba tribute band, Abba A Revival. Magician Elliot Bibby will be also be entertaining at different tables throughout the lunch.

ACT is keen to encourage as many women as possible to buy tickets and attend the first Ladies Lunch for Unite Against Cancer.

A charity spokesperson said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for the ladies to put some time aside for themselves and have some fun.

“We are confident that this event will be a huge hit and we want as many of you to be a part of it as possible.

“Tickets are limited, so we encourage you to buy early to ensure you don’t miss out.”

Anna Smrckova, the business development and client manager at ACT, will be in attendance at the lunch, alongside staff and special guests. She said: “I am really looking forward to being at this brand new event and enjoying some time with the ladies only.

“I am sure the food and entertainment at the lunch will be superb but aside from this it is great that our company is supporting such a worthwhile cause.”
